This course is designed specifically for carers of babies and small children and teaches you how to provide first aid in a range of common childhood first aid emergencies.
The course topics include resuscitation of an infant or child, choking, poisoning and acute illness, and burns.
This course is taught by St John trainers with over 100 years of combined experience and backgrounds in Nursing, Education and Leadership. They are ready to share their experience and passion with you that creates confidence to perform first aid should you ever need to.

On successful completion of this course you will be issued with a St John Ambulance statement of attendance. This is a non-accredited training course.
There is no formal assessment as part of this course, but opportunity is provided to practice practical skills.
