Requirements vary from course to course, though they generally include workshops, practical in field experience (eg. work placement or observer shifts) , self-paced workbooks and learning, and assessments. No. Most of our courses require in-person availability to ensure we can provide the highest-quality instruction possible.
This will be dependent on which course you are completing, but many of our diploma and certificate courses require a face-to-face component at one of our Victorian training facilities.
We require payment when you book your course. Information on specific payment schedules can be found on each course page, or feel free to contact a member of our staff to discuss further.
We accept EzyPay, direct payments, and Zip payments. You may also be eligible for government-funded assistance that can cover a portion of your fees.
They are refundable or partially refundable under certain circumstances. Reasons include if we cancel or reschedule your course, or you must withdraw from your course due to illness or hardship. Further information on refunds can be found in the course guide.
You cannot transfer your place in our Diploma or Certificate level courses to another person, however, depending on your situation, you might be eligible to transfer to a different class date.
Every course has its own requirements, which include face-to-face workshops, assessments,workbooks, and self-guided learning. To complete and receive your diploma or course certificate, you must successfully complete all your course requirements and assessments and any pre-requisite requirements.
Once you have completed your course and all course fees and other charges have been paid in full, we will issue you your diploma or course certificate.
