We believe the best way to learn is through experience, and hence our courses provide hands-on experience in a fully-simulated environment reflecting the current industry standards.

Enrolment
Before attending any St John course, you are required to complete an enrolment form, and supply St John with your Unique Student Identifier (USI).
If you are unable to attend your course and need to reschedule, you can do that online by completing the Training Reschedule form.
Participant Support
If you have difficulty answering questions or require any assistance during the course, simply contact your trainer.
Participant Code of Conduct
- Regular and punctual attendance
- Completion of all class, homework and assessment tasks by the due date
- Responsible, respectful and cooperative behaviour
- Preparedness to work effectively in class
- Safety considerations
Your training session will consist of discussions, demonstrations, practical activities and the assessments will consist of practical activities which will be conducted throughout the session and a Questionnaire at the end of the session. You will be required to participate in all aspects of the session.
Upon completing the course and achieving competency, you will be issued a Statement of Attainment if your course is accredited. To maintain currency, it is best practice to participate in recommended reaccreditation.
