Important Systems Outage Update - 11 September 2026 16:00

St John Ambulance Victoria is currently experiencing outages across the system which process training bookings, student certificates, invoices and product orders for our customers.

The following are affected:

• Certificates to students following their class are not currently issued automatically, if you urgently require a certificate, please let us know here and we will be able to process your request: Log A Case

• Student Readiness pages are currently inactive – if you need to know details about your upcoming class, please call us on 03 8588 8590

• a temporary delay with issuing invoices to customers

• temporary delay with issuing booking confirmation emails

• Student pre-learning access outages

• Student Readiness Page links in emails sent prior to the outage will be inactive

• transfers between classes

• reprinting and validating certificates already issued

• delays in shipping merchandise orders

• delays in sending virtual training packs

If your request is urgent, please contact our customer experience team who will try their best to assist you attend your class or receive the information you need. Our team are available 8.30am-5:00pm from Monday to Friday on 03 8588 8590 and we have extended hours this Sunday 13th September from 1pm-5pm.

Please note that our team are experiencing a high volume of calls and wait times may be longer than usual.

Be assured the issue does not in any way affect patient transport or event health operations.
